    Job Description Of Digtial Content Writer

    The Digital Content Writer is a new position created to support our strategic Featured platform, for business owners, artists, and other automation initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining digital content; collecting and analyzing presents facts about newsworthy events, organizations, and people by interview.

    Job Qualifications

      • 5 years combined experience in UX Writing, Gigital Marketing, & Analytics or a similar role in an agency or corporate setting.
      • Bachelor’s Degree required.
      • Must be proficient in English with exceptional US-based grammar and copywriting skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to write crisp, high-quality, on-brand user interface copy.
      • Ability to consider content from a holistic standpoint—systems, platforms, and channels—to create a unified user experience.
      • Ability to advocate for user experience and content strategy and facilitate alignment on content solutions with various internal stakeholders.
      • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality, working in a fast-pace environment.
      • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective for a variety of customer segments and brands.

      Job Requirements

        • Understands end-to-end customer journey to ensure that all content and placement is consistent and technically correct.
        • Assists in gathering requirements and assessing content needs of new projects and platform enhancements.
        • Coordinates with demand generation team and agency partners to align platform content to strategic campaigns and user journey.
        • Writes, edits, proofreads and implements content based on the content strategy.
        • Maps content to the customer journey and advises on requirements to improve user flow.
        • Enjoy weaving data and speech into engaging, informative and unbiased stories.
